Hey guys. Former barista here, I could've sworn that you could buy Starbucks espresso beans like the ones from the hopper, but I only see espresso ROAST...? Am I tripping?

They’re the same thing! Some people like using it for coffee so I think that’s why they call it that. They also have the blonde roast esp available!

All beans are roasted.. starbucks espresso roast is roasted especially for espresso machines, as it helps the flavour profile come out best. roast doesn’t mean drip coffee.
