1) Breathe.
2) It's just coffee.
3) Breathe again.
4) It's better to go slow and get it right the first time than have to redo it.
5) Keep breathing, it's good for you.
6) If you're having trouble with POS (finding the right buttons, etc) say "sorry, I'm new" or "sorry, they just did an update and all the buttons are in different places now!" People will suddenly gain a lot more patience.
7) Are you breathing?
8) I usually pull 3-6 warming stickers at once to see if there's anything that can be warmed together - two of the same thing, banana nut and pumpkin loaf, etc. Just don't pull so many you get confused and out of order. Always have something ready to go in the oven each time you take something out - keep the robots busy so they have less time to rebel.
9) I know I sound like a broken record, but breathe.
10) Why are you so scared of your SM? If they ask why you're flustered, just explain you've done nothing but DTR for months and so you're struggling just a little, any help they can give would be appreciated! And then probably not today, but be sure to bring up that you always seem to be on DTR and you'd like to try some other positions whenever it's a good time. Admittedly, sometimes there isn't a good time, but your SM and shift supervisors need to find one.
11) Breathe in for 8 counts, exhale for 8 counts. Putting your hands on top of your head helps lengthen your rib cage and lets your lungs expand fully. Repeat as needed.
