I know corporate people aren’t allowed to work for competition companies like dunkin but i need a second job and it would be nice to go somewhere similar like a licensed store

Depends on your market. I'd check with your SM or DM. There's someone in my store who has a second job at a local coffee shop.

i don’t think so, i’ve seen a good amount of posts on the r/starbucks thread where people hold jobs at a tarbucks and a corporate store, for example!!
