personally I would confront the supervisor and tell them about what ive been hearing but you don't even have to do all that. thats a hostile work environment which youre in your right to report especially if you say you feel like you've been racially discriminated against.

you can go to the DM or call PCC which is like calling starbucks customer service for employees. cant really walk you through it since I haven't had to report anyone but ive heard they're the people to call for various issues and sometimes the DM and SM are close so people just call PCC. I would search the partnerhub for the contact info.

Technically you need to talk to the SM first and ask them to stop before you go to the DM. It can be scary and my store had a similar situation. But standing up for yourself is something that you have to learn at this job because not everyone has your best interest in mind unfortunately
