I have a suspicion that some people do this so that they can get a more expensive drink without paying for it. Like they’ll order a drink and then later insist that it was some other (more expensive) drink.

Little late but i had these two girls order the tiktok iced WM drink and i was support on bar. They come up and ask if i made their drinks yet and i had just pulled the sticker. They said they wanted to make that a pink drink. Both of them. I simply stated they had to go get a refund to change their order because it was too far off to be able to track the resources used amd stuff. Gaaah
