i don’t think you should resort to quitting just yet. call and ask around to other stores in your district and see if they’re hiring. give an easy explanation of “its closer to home” or “a more convenient location for me to grow at” and when you find a store- talk to your manager about transferring to that store. if they say no, then call your district manager and tell them everything. you’ll come out on top. good luck ❤️

I have a great vibe but with other people with bad vibes just makes everything hard I can't take it w this team anymore

Without a history of proper documentation, right now it’s your word versus theirs. Typically the first step is to have conversations with managers and DMs about fixing the issues within your store before resorting to sending you somewhere else.

Don't quit yet. Try calling partner resources to make an anonymous complaint. If you're ok not being anonymous you can call or email your district manager. You want to be as specific as possible with your allegations.
