Happy new year’s eve to us... (self.starbucksbaristas)

On the last day of 2020:
- Cafe bar not steaming milk, which means only one bar can steam milk
- DT bar not pulling espresso, so no decaf for the day
- Out of almond milk which means we only have one bar for espresso
- 3 call offs for morning shift
- Out of most of our pastries and a few sandwiches
- Going to be short staff tonight as well</3
- Also been packed inside and wrapped around ALL DAY.
I’ve been here for two hours... 6 to go!

it was horrible and we absolutely should have closed the cafe. we also got crushed by mobile orders so bad that it took 4 hours of convincing our DM to shut them off
