Me running CS most of my shift today from 915 to 630, as the shift on. Wash all the caramel drizzle bottles and whips every 90 minutes to keep up. Making 2 cubes of sweet cream every 2-3 hours. The closest store to us is closed until tomorrow, and they were busier than us. We've been averaging 1-2k more daily, already almost 45 each week.
