We have a regular that orders 8-10 venti lattes, never tips. Then we have a mobile regular. Never gets more than 2 Trent a drinks and maybe a food item, tips $20 every few days. I saw her last night, she called me over and said “you weren’t here the other day when I gave everyone Christmas money” and handed me $20 it’s strange how the world works.

We have a regular like that too! He orders three trenta green iced teas almost every day and maybe another drink or two besides that. Every visit he tips $20 and on thanksgiving tipped us $100 and paid for everyone behind him.

For some reason it's always the folks who order like a plain latte that tip $2+
Even my coworkers tip more than most regulars.
Then these fuckers like in the OP think we magickally spring these drinks into existence from our thoughts and have the nerve to complain when the drinks aren't ready in two minutes.
Bonus points if there was a line before them.

we have a woman come daily or every other day to get 6 Trenta Very Berry Hibiscus refreshers along with usually 2-3 other drinks, and a few food items. she’ll give us like a dollar. thanks Susan.

We have a regular who gets 6 Trenta strawberry açaí with no ice and I promise she doesn’t make me want to cry every time I see her sticker 🥲
