Hi everyone,
I just signed up for Lyra looking to take advantage of the 20 free sessions, and it told me that my Lyra benefit does not offer free sessions, and that Starbucks’s benefits reset on October 1st? Has this happened to anyone else? I was under the impression that partners could use Lyra anytime without being benefits eligible.

When were you hired? Health benefits re-started on October 1st, if you joined after that date you’ll probably have to wait until next year.
