Hey guys!! I’m a new partner and I’ve been working at my store for about two months now. I recently found out that I’ve been given the chance of promotion to shift lead and I need to come up with a partner development program, and I’m really struggling on what to choose. I’ve asked the other shift leads at my job and they haven’t been that much help. Do I make it pertaining to myself? Or the store as a whole? Some suggestions and clarification would be great.
