/r/UnionizeStarbucks will be hosting an Ask Me Anything today 1/3/2021 with Industrial Workers of the World labor organizer Graham Kovich about organizing at Starbucks. If you're tired of how corporate treats you, if you're sick of the low pay, understaffing, and danger of this job, then this is a place to learn about how to change it. All Starbucks workers welcome- ask anything you'd like to know about unionizing, about the IWW, about workplace democracy, and about how change can be made.

Graham Kovich has been a food service worker since 1997, an IWW member since 2012 and an IWW Organizer Trainer since 2013. He is also a co-author of the union's External Organizer Manual and served a term on the IWW Organizer Training Committee in 2016. He has trained over 200 IWW members as organizers across the US and Canada and helped build a committee at a restaurant which won wage increases, fair scheduling, and recovered stolen wages all through direct action at the workplace.
