backstory: my store manager has a history of taking the store credit card (for store supplies) out of the store for extended period of time. i’m talking 3 months at a time. this most recent time it’s been out of the store for three weeks now and i just wanted to now what i should do? we can’t send people to go get supplies without doing a paid out so it causes us to constantly run out of mills and such. should i call partner resources? this is just not the first time she’s done this

Make sure the shift is marking it not in the safe. Other than that not much. Our store doesn’t have one (mall store so mail is messed up due to covid) and we’re doing ok.

Or bills? If that’s the case what the heck are you buying? Supplies? Should be on the orders.
