Having an issue at my store. We just got a new transfer from a big city who isn't too keen on wearing their mask or just staying clean in general. (I.e. washing their hands.) And the other day this partner was announcing that they are going back to this big city for a party. As soon as I heard that I was talking to DM immediately.
Well today I find out that when my DM talked to them they just lied and said they didn't know what I was talking about.
I'm just close to the end of my rope and wondering if there's anything else I can do besides just keep reporting them.

Even if they had admitted it to your DM, there’s nothing that your DM would have been able to do. Starbucks doesn’t have any control over what its employees do in their free time, even if those behaviors are risky and dangerous. You can only make choices for yourself, which leaves you in the position of having to continue to work with the partner, call out of shifts that you have scheduled with the partner, ask for a transfer yourself, or quit. It’s unfair, but that’s the reality of where we are right now.
