So I feel like a rage quit sbux but at the same time the only true thing I miss about working there is my work friends and drink markouts.

I know for certain that I don’t want to go back to my old store (due to everyone having a “im going straight to bar. I don’t do warming or pos unless I’m marking out and making my break food”) but I’m not 100% sure if I’ll like going to another location because general Starbucks problems are universal and not unique to one store I.e. rude customers, shortages

I’m hoping over the next few weeks I’ll remember the good things about working here so I’ll have the balls to apply to a newer store with fair position deployment but i don’t even think that will work out because I’ll still be looked at as new and stupid
