know that alot of Barista's are tired of what their going through. The lack of care from corporate, the mean customers, the little pay for a large work load. Does anyone else ever wonder if corporate would actually listen if everyone just called out one day or even strike? It really hurts knowing that nothing will change at the end of the day because no one will listen and then witnessing my partners frustration.
