I want to work at my local Starbucks part-time. I don’t know how to operate the espresso machine at all neither how to draw. There isn’t any online Job requests but I am willing to ask multiple branches. How should I apply ? And how to increase my chances ?

The only way that I can think of is by applying online. There may be some places that do physical application, but all the ones near me told me to apply online. You could also go in after a week or so or call the store you applied for to see what the status is of your application. Aa for how to operate the espresso machine, it's really simple. It's an automatic machine so basically you just push buttons for how many espresso shots you want to pull. They show you how.

Apply online and arrive with a pulse. Don't sweat getting hired, this is just a fast food job that is dressed up a little fancier than most.

I believe that all corporate locations require an online application. Licensed locations, such as grocery or malls may or may not have paper apps, just depends on the individual employer.
I am working at a corporate store now, and applied online. I did have experience prior, but I would advise you to complete your application and stop by the store to talk to a member of management. Just ask if they are hiring and if you can get an interview.
