I can’t quite seem to find a good translation for a few words and wondered if any of you Spanish speaking baristas could give me a hand with this.
Pumps ( of syrup)
Light roast/Blonde roast
Dark roast
Had a guy (Cuban maybe?) ask for ‘marron’, he couldn’t speak English so I couldn’t find out what he wanted. Ended up giving him a dark roast but any ideas what he might’ve ordered?

Marrón means brown in multiple languages (with different accents/spellings) but that’s as much as I know. Maybe he meant mocha? Chocolate is brown, but so is coffee, hard to tell.
