hey do not feel like a failure! this minimum wage job asks for a LOT from you. starbucks shouldn’t be a minimum wage job anyway considering the workload they give you, but that’s a different topic. it’s only three months, and i’m going on four years and still have questions and don’t know certain things. i recommend just voicing this to your shifts, specifically whichever one you work with most. let them know you’re feeling a little overwhelmed and stupid and that you’re doing your best and if there’s anything they can do to make your shifts a little less stressful just try your best to let them know. given good co workers, feeling confused and overwhelmed is nothing, it happens to everyone, especially people who have been here less than six months, they *should* be understanding of that. on the other hand, if there’s no patience and they don’t really listen to you, a transfer or a new job may be best. i find that your experience working for starbucks js strongly based on who you work with and where. maybe a lower volume store would be better? just spewing random thoughts and ideas- but anyway i hope things get better for you and try not to beat yourself up! we’ve all been new and trust me, even long term partners get flustered, overwhelmed, confused, and have questions. best of luck to you 🤍

Good for you for making it this long and being good at multiple positions. Physical pain while working is a real bummer, you can't ignore pain like that. I'm not sure how you've done it for this long. I hope things improve and your co-worker stops being such a jerk.
