When I was hired my SM told me it takes three months until you're not afraid to come into work anymore. Six months until you actually feel like you know what you're doing. You're doing a great job. Be patient with yourself :)

anywhere from a month to about 4 months. You need some practice in each role to really learn to do it. Don't worry, you'll get there, most green beans don't get too much time on bar at first, but ask your SSV to give you time there when they can.

Over a year and still learning. Dont stress, the menu is complicated.

I’ve been w/ Sbuxs since August and now I’m on bar. I took it upon myself to learn everything and then focused on getting my sequencing down.

There are STILL times that I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing and I’ve been with the company for a year and a half now....😬

It depends on your store honestly. I’ve been a barista for four months now and there’s still a lot of stuff I’m learning on bar. For the first two months I was strictly CS and DTO/DTR because we get so busy, having a green bean on bar during peak would cause too much of a backup.
