so if someone asks for a black tea or a green tea, do we fill the shaker to the tea line, and then add water to the water line, then add ice and sweetener?

They do, the tea works just like a base unless they request no or less water

if i'm not mistaken it's green tea base, peach to juice line, lemonade to water line, lsc unless customer requests it excluded, ice to ice line and shake.
