Hello everyone! i’ve been with starbucks for about 6 months and while i’m pretty confident in almost everything, there are still some things i don’t really know how to do and i’m a little embarrassed asking. could someone lay out the process of making cold brew? from setting up the toddys, how long it brews, how to get it from the toddy into the cubes etc?

i feel like i have a very vague idea of how cold brew is made and i’m pretty much only work in the morning so i’ve never made one

Grind the beans on French press.
Put the paper filter in the toddy, and put the grounds in.
7 L in the grounds, tie up the filter, and 7 L around the grounds.
Dot for 20 hrs.
And honestly to get it from toddy to cube, I’ve seen anything from using the sinks, to using the ledge on our mobile handoff and counter! Edit: formatting

Put one cube faced down and then put the toddy on top of it. Then you can just put cubes under to catch it
