How do I get the connections for free food / discounts at other stores? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I been seeing that some of my partners have connections with the workers / managers at Chipotle, H&M, McDonald's and Sticky's and thus they be getting free food / discounts. Cause of this, I kind of want to get in on it too (Cause I do need some new clothes and need something to eat in case we have no food in our store) with that being said, how do I approach myself / what do I say to form a connection with the workers at other store's?

Dangerous to do this. I know of an entire night crew that got fired because they were getting free pizza in exchange for free drinks.

Yeah that’s how you would do it.
But if you get caught loaning out your employee number, or if someone other than you gets caught redeeming your discount, you will be fired immediately.
I know someone who got fired because his mother tried to use his employee discount at our store.

This former partner uses her friend’s/active partner’s numbers at the store she used to work at where people know her and her name. Idiot.

You’d be fired immediately if you gave them any discounts. The most you can do is ask 1 person what they’d like and then order that thing with your 1 partner beverage/food for the day.
