What are those white specks? (i.redd.it)

I’ve seen that happen with soy milk, sweat cream, and heavy cream. Sometimes the fat separates into those chunks. Perfectly safe, albeit a little gross. Idk what the deal is with your nonfat though.

Milk/cream was frozen and inconsistently thawed. Happened on four or five milk orders in row for us. It’s hard/impossible to fix since you don’t know which jugs are bad. I told my shift multiple times to call it in because that means the trucks are not temped right and it’s a big food/product waste. They told the SM but nothing happened.

My boyfriend ordered an iced caramel macchiato. He gets it with nonfat milk and decaf. Any ideas what this could possibly be?

Nah it shouldn’t look like that. Ask for a remake, or call the store and say there was something wrong with your drink. Show them this picture if they’re curious.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate it. He just ended up tossing it out, but now we’ll know for the future.
