Ahhh fair enough haha. Some of our regulars are extra like this, but we usually only get these types thru mobile only, and just purely gross customers in person. Someone who got an espresso shot in a SAR will haunt me forever.

Our tickets double print every now and then (and I never check during a rush), so earlier today I got double tickets for a kids hot chocolate and I didn’t realize they were WHITE hot chocolates until after I made them, so I made two more drinks. After all of that mess (during peak), I put them in a drink carrier and explained to the lady how I made the wrong ones but she could have them anyway if she wanted, then she kindly said to me, “I only ordered one kids white hot chocolate. I was wondering why you were making all of those...” 🙃 kms
