I had a ridiculous frapp order the other day (w/o ice as well) and I brought it to my manager for help. We both sat there in confusion for quite some time, ultimately just wondering what the customer was wanting.

They probably want that til tok drink i encountered for the first time today, a iced white mocha with extra Carmel drizzle no whip top with the cold foam. Today was my first day back to bar after being rehired and I get disgusted with the amount of syrups and toppings people want.
