I just want to say, thank you.

Even though you are not from my town nor the starbucks I go to on a regular (daily...addiction regularly). I want to say thank you.

I know your job to many may seems easy. I’m sure people tell you this many times before.

But I know how difficult it can be dealing with people and their crazy modifications.
Even just dealing with the crappy customer on a busy day - can kill the flow for you.
The job isn’t easy. You guys kill it every day! That menu is insane! Even worse when people create their own lol.

I make sure I show my gratitude to my team (yes I say my team, I go to the one location a few times a week). I make it a point to remember their names and small chat. I also bring holiday cards in and random thank you cupcakes (even vegan ones for the few that are) from a local bakery for them.
At the end or start of my day- they are always welcoming and smiling when serving me. They remember me and make it feel like an extended family welcoming when I come in. I make sure I show them how grateful I am. Especially during lockdown- it was my one reason to leave the house for “normalcy”. Some days I go just for the staff- they are f’en amazing group of people! They can make a rough day at work/life a bit better with just a smile/conversation/ welcoming with my name. You don’t get that kind of energy from other coffee shops.

You all allow many of us to enjoy our caffeine addictions lol you are nice when you don’t have to be and you deserve a damn medal for remembering that menu!
The coffee is great but the staff (for me) are better.
