To respond to both of you. There used to be an iced capp and an iced cold foam capp. Iced capps were like an iced latte with steamed milk on top while an iced cold foam capp was ice, then espresso (do not shake cup to adjust ice, leave as is), milk to third line, then nonfat foam from blender on top.

Somewhere along the lines, it changed. Iced capps are now made with cold foam in the iced cold foam capps, but the process is shots, milk to third line, ice with an inch of room, then nonfat milk foam from blender

I am a 5 year partner, and all this change is so confusing tbh … I have a hard time keeping it straight

Oh that's weird, the order we pour it in the UK is different. We do ice to middle line, cold foam on top, and then we pour the shots directly into a steaming pitcher with a few ice cubes and then slowly pour it through the cold foam. It also comes sweetened with simple syrup by default.

Green tea latte with cold foam and two shots is my guess but why would you order it lIKE THIS

(As a barista I heard someone order a matcha latte with a shot once, was intrigued, tried it with blonde and it was kinda weirdly yummy )

I only served either 3-4 iced Cappuccino in the 4-5 years I worked there, but it honestly beat the purpose.

It’s an iced latte with hot foam on top...
