I’m getting close to my 6th year with Starbucks. I remember during my first two years, all the baristas who worked there more than 2 years got holiday bonuses, somewhere between $200-$400... I don’t remember the exact amount.

I was looking forward to receiving those, but I’ve never had one or heard of anyone getting one since Kevin Johnson took over.
