The PH balance of the sanitation water used for cleaning the store, if it's high like this, its WAY too strong and can injure partners who are exposed to it often, including chemical burns and serious skin issues.

Yeah no, its about the balance of chemicals to water, so adding water helps but having to correct each batch takes up so much time and its just bad for everyone
