Has anyone else set up their 401k if you did I don’t get why you have to pick stocks also how do you know what stocks to pick ??

401 k is investigating money into stocks. If you call fidelity they can help you set it up and explain it. They have packages you can choose from ( aggressive, moderate, and safe). The packages are like a mix of companies your investing in to make more money.
I have done it for 4 ish years now and it’s around 20,000!
