We zip tied our chairs to the tables because it was becoming such a problem 😉

I just wish people would keep their masks on. So tired of being treated like a jerk when I ask customers to not take off masks when ordering, or to wait until they walk outside to start eating or drinking. It doesn't seem like it should be this hard for people to understand. 😔

We ended up getting rid of our seating permanently (we’re a tiny little mall Starbucks, we don’t have room for seating anyway). We have one bench seat that can’t be removed and people LOVE sitting on it. Usually ON TOP of the signs that say “this seating is closed.” *eyeroll*

Honestly half the time we let people sit there because we’re strictly grab and go only (no drive thru) and we don’t allow any drinking or eating in the store, so they’re usually just sitting for a couple minutes. Drives me crazy though. Can’t they read??

I had a group try and guilt trip me into letting them sit inside. It was a Sunday night and they were on their way home from church and “just wanted to sit down and drink their drinks.” I politely told them no and they kept trying to guilt me. I almost told them they had chairs at home they could sit at.

We had one chair that some how got turned around and within TWO HOURS three different people sat in the chair before I finally went and turned it back toward the wall. I just.... what?

People keep calling asking if we have indoor seating like WHY DO YOU WANNA SIT IN HERE DURING A PANDEMIC GO HOME
