It’s sad that more people don’t realize how bad sugar (and animal products like heavy cream) are for the body. Consuming that poison encourages the development of a whole range of health issues from different cancers to heart disease, pancreatic and liver issues, diabetes, etc. Our bodies haven’t evolutionarily caught up to the Standard American Diet.
