My partner number is saved and I added my partner card yet its not showing my discount. Anyone know why? (i.redd.it)

If you’ve already tried the above suggestions, I noticed that my partner discount didn’t update until I reloaded my starbucks card. So maybe try that! if that doesn’t work I’d contact the help center

I would remove it, sign out, sign back in, and re-add your numbers. If your numbers are valid and active, your discount will automatically be applied.

You'll have to add your partner number as well. Log into $1 \- you can do this on a computer or mobile web browser, just not the app. Click on Account > Personal Info. Scroll to the bottom past your name and address and there will be a space to add your partner number. Save it, restart the app, and you should be able to use your discount.

That's what I came here to say. There's two ways to put your partner numbers on the card. One let's you scan your phone as "ID" and load money, the other gives you the discount.

Side note: I am a rehire from 2014, so I never removed my number when I left sbux off the app. Now that I am back I realized my number is still there. . .
