Hi so idk if i’m being paranoid but this is my schedule for the next 2-3 weeks so I feel like this is their way of pushing me out and possibly firing me ?? I could just be paranoid but i went from working 23-25 hours to 14 i’m still in school but like still ? idk someone help out (i.redd.it)

that’s pretty normal for after the holidays imo. especially with covid (depending where you live) restrictions impacting business.

Check the old printed schedules if you can. If everyone went down in hours, its not a force out.

Also, generally they're not shy about it. You'll drop to literally 1 shift a week. If you have a good reputation among your coworkers, I wouldn't worry about it (outside of finances, ouch!).

It’s just the after holidays hours drop.. don’t stress it.. stick it out! It’ll be worth it in the summer. Maybe try to find a second job in the mean time (I know it’s hard to find a job with these times though)

it’s because we have covid blocks and they work with everyone else availability but mine even tho we have very similar ones and we are still hiring so idk if I should transfer or ride it out for a while since i’m still in High school just overwhelmed by it

That happened to me as well for a couple weeks. You’re fine. It’s just after the holidays it slows down quite a bit.
