You need to call your manager ASAP. Starbucks does offer bereavement, so there were protections in place for you. As of now, you’ve effectively abandoned your job. You’re not showing up and you’re not communicating with your employer.
The only way to potentially save your job is to reach out to your manager and explain the situation. If you’re not interested in continuing to work for Starbucks, you can call your manager and officially quit, or you can continue to not show and you will be separated for job abandonment.

First, I am so sorry about you’re grandfather, I know it really sucks.
I agree with u/thatsmysharpie. No need to feel guilty or uncomfortable that another difficult reason came up to not come into work. Life is so unpredictable.
A few years ago, i attending a school that took up a lot of my time. I usually only worked weekends during my years at the school. I took off an entire weekend for a school trip, and during the trip my grandmother had passed away. So I called my manager and took the bereavement time off. 6 days later, as soon as I was supposed to go back to work, my 2nd grandmother passed away. It felt like unbelievable circumstances, and I felt uncomfortable telling my manager I needed time off again.
The truth is, life is so unpredictable. It’s not always easy to tell others what’s going on, but no one will know how to help if you aren’t communicating. If you want a chance of keeping your job, you need to call your manager and talk to them.
