my SM just told me i would be training an old partner in a few weeks and im a little nervous. does anyone have any advice for a first time trainer?

I made sure to have my trainee do everything WITH me as we were going through it so they could stop to ask questions as we went. When I was trained I basically got everything explained to me and it just wasn’t enough. You could also ask what their learning style is and that could help you get a training plan in place! I hope this helps!
