Hey! I’ve been a barista for two years. I have this dry spot on the bottom of my thumb and I am in need of advice. I’ve tried so many things to get it to improve: essential oils, expensive lotions, putting hand lotion on it with a bandaid and heat overnight. Anything worked for you guys? (i.redd.it)

idk if you’ve tried aquaphor. i feel like you might have since it’s so popular, but it heals all my cuts SUPER quickly!

Try cetaphil maybe? That’s what I use.

I have a prescription cream with a low dose of steroids from my doctor. Triamcinolone Acetonide.

Good old Aquaphor. It works like a charm and it’s very affordable.

This may be weird but I have a weird spot in the EXACT same place. What a coincidence.

Aquaphor!!! It’s so cheap from the drugstore and heals anything! Also is great on your lips!

O’Keefes Working Hands Cream. although it stung so bad on all the dry patches and cracks on my hands when I first started using it, it’s the only thing that has healed my skin. Def recommend!

My go to hand lotion is the Gold Bond healing lotion.

But in extreme circumstances, I tell people to use vaseline and gloves overnight. It usually helps.

Bagbalm always worked for mine!
