Me and all of my coworkers are getting our hours cut (almost in HALF) because my SM told us that corporate said we’re cutting back on hours.

Yeah my store got our hours cut and we’re busier than ever. It’s major covid spikes closing other stores near us so we are getting all those stores business plus our own while having less people. It’s the worst time to be a partner.

I normally work around 38 hours … this week and the next two weeks, I am at 11-13 hours (no request offs and no change in availability) 🤷♀️

I normally work 36-40 hours, but now I’m around 22. I told my boss it’s not worth it for me to come in for a 4 hour shift 😑😑

it has to do with the way they predict labor and business trends after the holidays its always slow for atleast January
