I am just done with this POQ! I already know who is going to win this POQ as well. I don't understand why the management is okay with allowing partners to vote for their friends, just because they get along well. I understand that you are close, but at least let other partners who are working hard to win once in a while.


My store has a lot of partners from one country and I feel each POQ they are just voting for one another as they speak their language on the floor and eat the same meals together. It makes me so sad that though this year I have pulled myself through the pandemic situation, school., family and failed relationships. I am just going to be standing in the corner - not being recognized and congratulating a partner who has been in the company for more than 4 years. ( well ofc, he/she will be good at their jobs- being here for long) Can we please begin to appreciate new partners who are trying their best too?!
