I waited a few days, called earlier on a weekday(like 11 so it’s after peak) so I had better chances of a manager being there. In my case the manager wasn’t there so I asked her name and went in a few days later to meet her and ended up being interviewed on the spot lol

Wait a day or three. Show up preferably and ask, but if you wanna be safe during the pandemic call.

I gave it a couple days, just so the manager has time to actually review your application. I'd give it a couple days and call in the late morning to early afternoon, like 10-1ish. That's after peak, and the manager should have time to be able to take your call
