Just why.

an iced tea or refresher with different pump flavors, with heavy cream or anything other than water and Topped off with any foam. It’s just so many steps for no reason

If it involves me sticking a random ass food item in a blender. Also anyone who doesn’t say I wanted this ice after we asked them 4 times

An iced custom tea latte, blended, topped with cinnamon almond cold foam, with cinnamon and nutmeg powder on top. Would probably take a good 7+ minutes.

Had a few people get an iced white mocha with mocha and caramel drizzle and sweet cream cold foam with cookie crumbles blended in it 🙄

Anything with cold foam. Especially the weird cocoa and cinnamon ones. People don’t realize that we don’t just have ready made cold foam, we have to put milk in a blender separately every time someone orders it and it takes so long and messes up our normal rhythm

I had a guy make steam milk for a hot chocolate, pour it in with the moka, then blend it with the whip and ice........
