I usually have it as an iced americano because the sauce is easier to incorporate into hot espresso than cold brew. But provided you're willing to stir for a bit, it's also good in cold brew.

A lot of the partners at my store get a cold brew with pistachio cold foam. Some use sweet cream but if that’s too sweet just use nonfat and pistachio sauce.

try to see if you can incorporate the sauce into the sweet cream... so good!!
