You are correct. There was an weekly update sometime in the fall specifying that if a drink is not sold in a trenta size, it cannot be put in a trenta cup. So you can get grande frap in a venti cup, but you cannot get a venti frap in a trenta cup. Same for espresso drinks - you can't get a venti iced latte in a trenta cup, even if ask you want is just the extra ice.

That makes sense. My store is pretty uhh lax, standard wise I don’t think many of our partners read the weekly update. We just got a new SM though so I think that that will change.

Our pos doesn't even have a Trenta cup button in 'other mod' we'd have to do an ask me. Can only Trenta cold brews, teas and refreshers.

Oh yeah we just did the “ask me” button and typed it in. As long as they aren’t getting a venti frapp I don’t really see an issue bc to me it’s not worth the headache

My SM will write you up for not ringing that up properly. The trenta cup is not being accounted for during inventory counts.
