I always do double shots and mess with syrup combos, started doing blonde ristretto awhile ago and that’s nice, also tea in place of water with refreshers has been fun and just making different lattes

This one is a bit time consuming, but at my store the closers all (And I mean all) love the London Fog Frappuccino? Please, never tell customers about it.

We steep A Shit Ton (tm) of earl grey for \~2 hours before the drink. (Sometimes if we're doing it for the entire night shift we take a spare IC pitcher to do this).

Then take heavy cream, 1 packet of salt, and \~4 scoops vanilla bean powder. Pour the hc in the cold foam pitcher with the salt and vanilla, and blend on 4.

Pour the foam and the tea into the Frappuccino blender, and add enough ice and creme base until it seems like it'll blend well. Blend it like, three times.

Coconut milk also works pretty well for this, but heavy cream is the best.

I’ve become a big fan of an iced pistachio (with one less pump and one extra shot) with regular 2% and a splash of sweet cream. The vanilla brings out the pistachio taste so just adding some pumps to it will also work😊

My favorite drink is a guava black tea, no water so it’s equal parts guava and tea, add pineapple ginger syrup. Relatively simple but really good. Sometimes I’ll get a cold brew with mocha, toffee nut, and oat milk if I need caffeine

Brew an earl Grey tea in about 2 inches of hot water and let sit for 5 min, then get a grande ice cup and do a regular creme base Frappuccino with vanilla. Instead of putting the milk to the bottom line put half of it and in the other half poor the tea. It tastes amazing
