hi i work as a supervisor in CO and make pretty good pay and i am planning to move to arizona later in the year. i was wondering if transferring would effect may pay since arizona has a different min wage compared to colorado. if anyone has ever had any experience with transferring between states and the effect it had

Yes, it will. Your pay will change to the starting pay of a shift supervisor in Arizona.
