I've always wondered why this standard is so widely ignored. Can't count the # of partners and customers who have told me that i'm doing it wrong when the standard hasn't changed - at least not in the last 20 years.

No one gets that the chai syrup needs the hot water or it risks curdling the milk bc there’s so much of it and ew 😩
