What to wear to an interview for Starbucks? (self.starbucksbaristas)

This is my first ever interview for Starbucks and was wondering what would be a good interview outfit. Would the standard slacks, dress shoes, and button up be appropriate? Or is that too much? Is a polo too little? (I'm a dude btw). Any suggestions or info about what you wore would be appreciated, thanks!

i work dark blue jeans, nice work appropriate shoes, and a nice light pink knit sweater. so i would say casual is okay, as long as it fits in the barista dress code. i wouldn’t wear dress pants or shirts because you can’t really wear those on the job.

The standard slacks and dress shirt should be just fine. I always say business casual for Starbucks interviews since it’s not like an office job. I’ve been a partner for 3 years and I’ve seen people come in for their interview in jeans and a shirt and they still got the job.

If it's clean and in good shape it should be fine. I had my interview in jeans and a polo, so business casual is a pretty good basis to work off of
