Super nitpicky, but I will never forgive the folks at corporate who decided to give different names to the coffee free versions of the Java chip and Mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos. I've been a partner more than a year and I still cannot remember which is a double chocolatey chip frap vs a chocolate cookie crumble frap. without literally stopping what I'm doing and parsing out the name in comparison to the original coffee version name. Honestly if they hadn't made 'chocolate' the main word in both titles I probably wouldn't be as annoyed.
