It 100% is. I’ve seen so many people do it thinking they were slick but it’s the easiest thing for anyone to see; customer, partner, and manager.

I used to work at a convenience store with a rewards programs and some employees would scan their card for the points every time if a customer didn’t. They always got fired because it’s easily trackable.
